Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were generated using GAT from a single design for 100 human protein targets implicated in breast cancer. The resulting antibodies were evaluated by western blot on a set of three human whole cell extracts (brain, placenta, breast tumor). 10ug of protein was loaded per lane and the blot probed with GAT antibody diluted 1:10,000 (0.1ug/ml final concentration). One of the three lanes was selected and shown here. High success rates were seen with GAT antibodies in western blot.
Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were generated using GAT from a single design for more than 100 worm and fly protein targets for the modENCODE program. The resulting antibodies were evaluated by western blot. The specificity of the antibodies was tested either by RNAi knock down or using knock out animals.
