Sandwich ELISA :: GAT Data Gallery

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were generated using GAT from a single design for a set of 57 human protein targets. The resulting antibodies were evaluated by sandwich ELISA. A recombinant protein fragment produced in E. coli was used as the analyte. The polyclonal antibody was used as both the capture antibody and detector (biotinylated). High success rates were seen with GAT antibodies in sandwich ELISA.
The antibodies tested above were retested in sandwich ELISA but this time with full length protein as the analyte. Availability of commercial sources of the full length target protein restricted this analysis to only a subset of the antibodies. High success rates were seen with GAT antibodies in sandwich ELISA.
