Flow Cytometry :: GAT Data Gallery
Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were generated using GAT against a set of membrane proteins (CD44, CD22, CD4). The resulting antibodies were tested in flow cytometry on cell lines expressing the target protein. Control cells was a cell line that did not express the target protein.
While we have been successful using GAT antibodies in flow cytometry, we have limited data available to allow a full assessment.
