Antibody Microarray (Sandwich Immunoassay) :: GAT Data Gallery
Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were generated using GAT from a single design for a set of ~1000 human protein targets (cancer biomarkers). The resulting antibodies were printed onto a microarray. Human serum from either a prostate cancer or a normal group of were used to probe the microarray and the bound analyte detected using the same labeled polyclonal antibody.
