All rabbits are Specific Pathogen Free (SPF). Healthy animals
make great
antibodies.
Mean serum yields 50-75 mL of antiserum per rabbit.
Mean IgG concentration in immune rabbit sera is 4 mg/mL.
Mean specific antibody concentration is 0.15 to 0.5
mg/mL.
