Mycotoxin Tests for Grain and Feed
MycoChek™ lateral flow test strips for aflatoxin and DON require no laboratory equipment and meet U.S. regulatory testing levels.
The simple screening tests provide qualitative results in 5 minutes.
MycoChek 10 minute microwell plate tests perform quantitative analysis of aflatoxin, fumonisin and vomitoxin.
These USDA performance-certified tests meet quantitative regulatory requirements and can be used with existing plate reading equipment.
Mycotoxins in grains and feed can cause serious problems for animals and humans. SDIX’s MycoChek test kits can help you detect harmful mycotoxins quickly and accurately.
MycoChek test kits are available for fumonisin, aflatoxin, and vomitoxin (DON) and all have received USDA-GIPSA certification.
These simple tests use an ELISA method and give you quantitative or semi-quantitative results in 10 minutes. The tests are packaged in 48 microwell test plates and can be used with existing microwell plate readers. MycoChek test wells are breakable so you can minimize your test costs by running only the amount of tests needed.
MycoChek is sensitive and flexible. It measures at low levels in various commodities and if desired, can be run as a yes/no test with visual interpretation.
This test is very convenient and can be run in the field or lab.
MycoChek Aflatoxin Test Strip Kit is a simple field-based lateral flow test strip that can detect aflatoxin at the 20 ppb threshold.
This test is rapid - 5 minutes or less to results - and easy to interpret: 2 lines = less than 20 ppb aflatoxin and one line = greater than 20 ppb afaltoxin.
This test kit is also USDA GIPSA certified.
