Stephen L. Waechter
Stephen L. Waechter has served as a director of the Company since 2002.
Mr. Waechter was named Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of CACI International Inc, a leading provider of information technology services and solutions, in April 1999 until his retirement in 2007.
From 1997 to 1999, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of GTSI, Corp., a provider of integrated information technology solutions.
Mr. Waechter was the Chair of the Finance Committee for the Choral Arts Society of Washington's 2007 Holiday Gala at the Kennedy Center and served on the Advisory Board of the Junior League of Northern Virginia.
Mr. Waechter serves as a director for NCI, Inc. and Social and Scientific Systems, Inc.
He holds a B.A. in History from Christian Brothers College and received an M.B.A. from Xavier University.
